I am one of those outwardly emotional people. I cry at most films, TV dramas, Eastenders (you get the drift) I take things in on an emotional level so no doubt that is why they all come flooding out like that! Below is a verse that has helped me though so much. I read it often and it always fills my spirit with a sense of comfort. The optimist's creed.
