HELLO!
It's been a long ass few months! I have been pinging up and down from Scotland to London, on tour around Europe and am currently in the Big Smoke for ONE MORE DAY then I head home to Bonnie Scotland for CHRIST FUCKING MAS. Oh and for the rest of like, you know, my general life. No. More. London. I feel a mix of sadness and relief. ANYWAY This is my absolute favourite time of year without a doubt so I am bloody happy!
SO SO SO new shit I want to make your wee faces aware of...
I am in the final stages of my BRAND NEW EP! it is called "Process" and represents a fucking mental journey for me. This journey is not documented in the songs as such but this record was due to be released this time LAST YEAR. It didn't happen. It didn't happen because of big fat smelly sticky bullshit cunterrrrry DEPRESSION. I was floored for months this year in a weird place. A weird place, like trapped in a dark room and in there I noticed a lot of doors and I had to find a way of opening them to figure the whole thing out! I asked for help, lots of help and I am still going through some therapy and it is amazing. One of the best things i have done. SO! this record represents a lot of stuff for me.
"Process" consists of 4 tracks recorded during the same sessions, recorded by Duncan Menzies, as the Be Bold E.P. I have a special guest on one of the tracks and it has been mixed and mastered by the ever amazing Gareth Small at Down and Left Studios in London's fabulous Paradise Yard. I am mega proud of this one, it is strong and in your face and hopefully gives you the some more of what Be Bold started!
