There is a cavernous gap between what society expects from us and what we can achieve. Anxious and depressed, we fill in this gap with drugs, food and sex, all the time those feelings of ‘not good enough’ are being reinforced and amplified by the constant bombardment of social media.
I want to use music as a way of prevention, of healing and an avenue through which to bring people together. So please join me for an evening of conversation, music and connection.
We will be gathered in The Dream Machine, a unique performance space in Glasgow's west end ran by a company who are dedicated to helping people relax, play and create more in life.
