So, a whole year ago I started my fitness journey. I have had ups and downs, obsessive behaviour, loosing weight and gaining weight, failed miserably at being consistent and totally surprised myself at my discipline!
I am a musician and I am embarking on my longest ever tour, a whole month away from home comforts, the kitchen and my usual workout space (the living room!).
During the tour I will be doing a lot of driving (sitting!), not sleeping enough and having a hectic schedule that will be messing with my hormones NO DOUBT!
This is my challenge!! A blog a day about how I am getting on, what I am eating and how I am feeling. The reason for this blog is mainly to keep myself accountable and to have a chance to share whatever story I will have to share with you!!
I will be on this challenge with Anna MacDonald, another singer songwriter who will be blogging alongside me! We will be keeping each other accountable :)
